Hello everyone! You can now create multiple versions of a proposal in the Proposal Writer.

These are called Variants, and they’re perfect when you need to:

• Work on Volume 1 and Volume 2 as separate files
• Create a new response after an amendment or update
• Draft alternative versions for review or internal approvals

You can create a new variant anytime, then easily:
✅ Switch between variants
✅ Rename variants
✅ Delete variants you no longer need

This makes it easier to stay organized and manage changes without overwriting your work.

3) Import from Capability Statement

How to use it (quick start)

1. Go to Company Profile → Capabilities.
2. Click “Add Capability” and enter Title, Description, and Differentiators.
3. Review the AI-Suggested NAICS and accept or adjust.
4. (Optional) Click “Import from Capability Statement” to auto-extract capabilities from a PDF/DOCX.
5. Add as many capabilities as you need—CLEATUS will use them to improve contract matching.

Pro tips

• Include concrete services, industries, and tools/tech in the Description.
• Use Differentiators to highlight certifications, clearances, past results, unique methods, or geographies.
• Keep capabilities focused (one theme per card) for stronger AI matches.
