• Our AI analyzes each capability and suggests relevant NAICS codes automatically.
• NAICS alone often does a poor job mapping real capabilities—this richer profile lets CLEATUS match you with higher-fit opportunities.

3) Import from Capability Statement

• Don’t want to type? Upload your Capability Statement and CLEATUS will extract capabilities, descriptions, and tags for you.

How to use it (quick start)

1. Go to Company Profile → Capabilities.
2. Click “Add Capability” and enter Title, Description, and Differentiators.
3. Review the AI-Suggested NAICS and accept or adjust.
4. (Optional) Click “Import from Capability Statement” to auto-extract capabilities from a PDF/DOCX.
5. Add as many capabilities as you need—CLEATUS will use them to improve contract matching.

Pro tips

• Include concrete services, industries, and tools/tech in the Description.
• Use Differentiators to highlight certifications, clearances, past results, unique methods, or geographies.
• Keep capabilities focused (one theme per card) for stronger AI matches.

Creating tailored proposal content is now faster and more precise. Think of it like cooking with a master chef: First, you provide the key ingredients. Select your best content—past proposals, technical specs, resumes, and case studies—directly from your Document Hub.

Next, you give the instructions. Tell the AI exactly how to use those ingredients to write the new section. The AI then generates a compliant, tailored draft based on your content and your command.

✅ Here's the new workflow:

• Select existing proposals, resumes, and specs to use as context.
• Provide specific instructions like, "Use the attached technical approach, but increase the prices by 5% and mention our Maryland DoT past performance."
• Generate a tailored first draft, then ask the agent to evaluate and refine it.

Once your draft is ready, just chat with the agent to refine it. Ask it to check for compliance, improve persuasiveness, or make it more concise until it's perfect.

The CLEATUS AI Assistant just got a major upgrade.

You can now manually select context—like proposal sections, uploaded documents, or specific sections from your Document Hub—to guide your AI assistant. It's all accessible from the new context picker in the chat box. 💬
