Introducing Teams — a new way to organize your workspace around the people who work together. Create teams, assign members, and start routing work to the right group instantly.

How it works

Create & manage teams:

• Head to Settings → Users and Teams to create your first team
• Add members from your workspace to any team
• Set up teams that mirror how your organization actually works (Proposals, Pricing, Legal, etc.)

Assign contracts to teams:

• Go to any contract in your Pipeline and assign it directly to a team
• Everyone on the team gets visibility into what they're responsible for

Assign tasks to teams:

• Route tasks to an entire team for better accountability
• No more guessing who's working on what — the right group is always in the loop

Why this matters

When you're managing a full pipeline of pursuits, keeping track of who owns what gets complicated fast. Teams gives your organization a clear way to divide and conquer — so contracts and tasks go to the right people, and nothing gets lost in the shuffle.

What's new

You can now create tasks for any contract in your pipeline, assign them to multiple team members, set due dates, and track everything in a visual calendar.

How it works

Create tasks anywhere:

• From your Pipeline view, click into any contract and add tasks
• Or add tasks directly from the contract detail page

Assign & collaborate:

• Assign tasks to multiple team members (because proposals are team efforts!)
• Set clear due dates so nothing slips through the cracks
• Check off tasks as they're completed

See the big picture:

• Switch to Calendar view in your Pipeline to see all upcoming deadlines across every contract
• Spot bottlenecks before they happen
• Keep distributed teams coordinated

Head to any contract in your Pipeline and click "Add Task" to get started. Set up your team's workflow once, then replicate it for every new contract pursuit.

Create prompts once, use them forever:

• Save any prompt you create to your library
• Organize prompts by category (Pricing, Compliance, Bid/No-Bid, etc.)
• Add variables to customize prompts on the fly
• Attach files that should always be included
• Share with your team so everyone uses the same proven prompts

When you accept or dismiss recommended contracts, CLEATUS automatically updates your Capture Profile based on your feedback. Over time, this helps the AI deliver better, more relevant contract recommendations—without extra setup.

You can now:

• See what the AI has learned from your activity
• View preferences the system is prioritizing or deprioritizing
• Manually adjust preferences at any time

Hello everyone! You can now create multiple versions of a proposal in the Proposal Writer.

These are called Variants, and they’re perfect when you need to:

• Work on Volume 1 and Volume 2 as separate files
• Create a new response after an amendment or update
• Draft alternative versions for review or internal approvals

You can create a new variant anytime, then easily:
✅ Switch between variants
✅ Rename variants
✅ Delete variants you no longer need

This makes it easier to stay organized and manage changes without overwriting your work.
